Accommodation details will only be available after completing registration for security purposes. Hotel is located 4 miles from Manhattan and has public transport to Manhattan. All rooms are Double/Double room with two large beds unless otherwise requested.
Hotel Rooms include:
· Complimentary Wireless Internet – pin number obtained from front desk
· Iron and Ironing Board
· Safe (large enough for laptops)
· Coffee Maker
· Sleep Amenity Package including lavender spray, eye mask, ear plugs, curtain clip, and night light.
Workout Room is complimentary for all hotel guests.
FLIGHT INFORMATION
Please read the following information before you book your tickets.
· You must receive confirmation of acceptance and payment confirmation from the ECJS office before booking your ticket.
· We recommend that you arrive in New York before 12:00 on May 6 and leave May 10 in the afternoon.
· The closest airport to the hotel is Newark. We recommend you use this airport. Other airports in New York City are JFK and La Guardia.
